About Razzo

Applied AI for Humans

Your team is already experimenting with AI. We help you turn sporadic individual usage into real, shared capability — skills people actually use, built around how your team works.

The Problem We Solve

Razzo is Italian for rocket. We help propel teams forward.

Your team is already experimenting with AI. Some people get results. Others struggle. Everyone has their own approach. There's no shared system. Wins don't spread. Knowledge stays trapped in individual accounts.

This is the sporadic usage problem. Most teams get stuck here.

We help teams move from individual AI experimentation to systematic capability. Participants build reusable AI workflows around their actual work — and leave with something to use when the program ends.

The best way to get a team using AI is to have them build something with it — on work they already do. That's the principle behind every Razzo engagement.

Every program produces real artifacts: documented workflows, reusable tools, shared systems built during the training itself.

For teams that want continued support, AI Advisory is available after: one day per week embedded with your team, building internal capability rather than dependency.
