About Razzo

AI Training That Drives Revenue

Your sales team is already experimenting with AI. We help you turn sporadic individual usage into systematic team capability that closes more deals.

The Problem We Solve

Razzo is Italian for rocket. We help propel sales teams forward.

Your sales team is already experimenting with AI. Some reps get incredible results. Others struggle. Everyone has their own prompts. There's no shared system. Wins can't be replicated. Knowledge lives in individual ChatGPT accounts.

This is the sporadic usage problem. Most teams get stuck here.

We help B2B sales teams move from individual AI experimentation to systematic team adoption. Not awareness training. Not tool demos. Actual behavior change that creates shared frameworks, institutional knowledge, and consistent results that drive revenue.

The Razzo Method: Role-Specific Training for Maximum Impact

Most AI training fails because one-time sessions don't create lasting behavior change. Going from sporadic individual usage to systematic team capability requires building new habits and new ways of working - not just learning features. That's why every Razzo program uses a 4-week format designed for real adoption:

4 Weekly Sessions: Learn AI features organized around actual sales activities. Training is grounded in real-world scenarios like discovery calls, proposal writing, and deal strategies - not abstract examples. We teach the tools through your specific workflows.

The time between sessions isn't downtime—it's where real learning happens. You apply what you learned to your sales activities, develop workflows that fit your specific processes, and return with questions from real work. It's the difference between knowing AI features and actually using them to drive revenue.

Optional Momentum Program: For teams that want to maintain their edge. Quarterly support that keeps skills sharp and strategies current as AI capabilities evolve rapidly.
